Become a Customer Champion
- Proactively connect with government customers through various channels (calls, Zoom, email, text) to maximize their Brightwheel experience and drive long-term success.
- Identify and recommend features that meet their specific needs, enhancing their overall satisfaction with Brightwheel.
- Monitor customer interactions to identify challenges, troubleshoot issues, and ensure swift resolution.
- Bridge the gap between customers and internal teams. Effectively communicate customer feedback to product and engineering, influencing product development.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer journey and exceed adoption and retention goals.
